US Navy's Tomahawk and Land Attack Programs
DDG63, USS Stethem

PSE is partnered with Southeastern Computer Consultants, Inc. (SCCI) executing a Seaport-E contract for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, supporting the US Navy's Tomahawk Weapon Control System.

For this multi-year contract, we are defining top-level concepts, requirements, and methods for a future knowledge enterprise that will provide tailored information and training to Navy ship crews and shore commands.   We are
also defining new management tools for project planning, performance measurement systems, earned value training and analysis, and cost control systems.

PSE recently completed a training development effort for the UK Royal Navy's Tomahawk systems aboard their Trafalgar-Class and Astute-Class submarines.  The next upgrade for the Royal Navy is underway; PSE will provide technical direction for developing and deploying a training program to support the upgrade.

PSE is also teamed with Northrop Grumman for the US Navy's Land Attack contract.  This contract includes shipboard installation and testing aboard Destroyers and Cruisers as well as a wide range of engineering support activities for the various Land Attack systems at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division.

Tomahawk Launch

PSE focuses on user and Fleet support for the newest tactical variant of the Tomahawk system.  Operational aboard US Navy Cruisers, Destroyers, and SSN and SSGN Submarines, Tomahawk users require effective training and support while deployed - PSE's goal is to ensure Tomahawk users have the knowledge and skills they need, when they need it.
