After completing a 23-year career with Lockheed Martin, Dave Jordan founded PSE in order to focus on performance-based management techniques and advanced user support systems. Mr. Jordan held a number of senior systems engineering and management positions at Lockheed Martin leading multi-million dollar programs for US Navy weapon systems, communications systems, and programs for international customers. PSE is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
PSE offers engineering and management services through the Seaport-E contracting vehicle for Naval Warfare Centers, or via other contractual arrangements.

Dream of Hopes Ranch
PSE is an active supporter of the Dream of Hopes Ranch in Buda, Texas; PSE's Dave Jordan serves on the Board of Directors. The Dream of Hopes Ranch is a non-profit organization providing services to disabled children and adults such as Special Olympics activities and training, mentoring, job skills training, and social development for people with physical or mental disabilities. PSE has been a proud sponsor of the Dream of Hopes Pro-Am Golf Charity events since 2008.

St. Mary's Catholic School
PSE has adopted the 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Science and Math classes at St. Mary's Catholic School in League City, Texas. PSE provides scholastic magazines, teaching materials, and science projects to encourage student participation and achievement.
